I have lived with Fowler for two years and they were always responsive to maintenance requests, which is very important to me.

I have two dogs and Fowler was the most reasonable place to rent from. They have a refundable pet deposit and it is per property, not per pet. I hate how un-pet friendly boulder rentals are, but Fowler came through for me and my dogs.

I loved renting with Fowler Property Management! I have no complaints and any time I was in the office, everyone was super nice and accommodating. Would definitely rent with them again!

Anyone with a pet KNOWS how hard it is to find ANYWHERE that will rent to you. Especially if your dog isn’t a tiny, small, purse dog that yaps all the time. I happen to have a medium sized dog (40 lbs) and even though he’s well behaved, finding somewhere to live with him is next to impossible. Thank goodness Fowler tapped into this underutilized demographic and accepts pets. It’s a shame more property management companies don’t approach this issue like Fowler. They make sure you understand the terms and conditions of having a pet in their property and the conditions are not unreasonable. After all, they want to make sure their property is well kept. Thanks Fowler for giving me and Hunter a place to call home.

I’ve rented a property from Fowler for more than a year and I’ve never had a problem with them. This is such a change from my previous company and I hope the service continues to be exceptional. They are never too busy to call me back.
