Tom Fowler of Coldwell's 2700 Canyon office is rude and greedy. He lied to us about many things pertaining to our listing that he managed. We lost money on the deal and he did a terrible job overall.

What could be better?- Title company rushed and was condescending. Far too much money was withheld and I have seen no trace of it 3 weeks later

Kim did a very nice job for me. She was easy and took the stress off of me. Thanks so much,

What could we do better?

As it turned out the information that we would be willing to lease back the house until the buyer sold theirs clinched the deal. No one at Bernardi Real Estate asked us that question.

We are very satisfied. Rich was great and a pleasure to work with. We appreciated Karen's occasional calls to "check in". Paying for our carpets to be cleaned was above and beyond great customer service! Thorough, prompt, felt like a priority, etc.

Kim communicated very well and kept us up to date all of the time. She was very friendly. They did a great job.
