I called Quicklivery on Monday, Jan. 2nd to make a reservation for Jan. 5th and 6th……gentleman I spoke to mentioned I had to make my reservation on line, then call back for confirmation due to the dealfind.com vouchers. I made my reservation, called back, and another gentleman told me I needed to confirm the next morning, because the vouchers weren’t valid til 9:00am on the 3rd. I called at 1000 am on the 3rd and a 3rd gentleman told me I needed to call the driver to confirm my appt. I called the driver (Shawn) at 617-875-1671. Shawn answered, took my Confirmation #, and told me he needed to call me back in 30 minutes after he reviewed my reservation on-line. 6 hours later, I called Shawn back to confirm again because I hadn't heard back. However, he didn’t answer this time, so I left a message asking him to return my call. It’s now 8:30pm and I still haven’t heard from Shawn to confirm. I WOULD HIGHLY CAUTION ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY! I just called Dealfind.com for a full refund on all 6 vouchers due to the unprofessionalism of Quiclivery and highly recommended dealfind.com to resconsider any future arrangements with Quicklivery.
This is the worst and most unprofessional company. I called to book a trip to Logan and they told me to fill out the form on the website. I then did this and the website said to expect a call back in 15 minutes. 12 HOURS later I get a call back with all the "hidden fees" that weren't mentioned. I then asked how is this possible if I have a voucher for MORE than the amount of the ride with the fees, the person hung up on me and called me a moron.
Awful company, good luck to anyone who uses them.
Do not use this company.
There website claims to have quality clean cars and we end up getting picked up in an older Nissan Maxima that was in bad need of a new clutch. The car was uncomfortable and not all what you would expect if you book a car services for a ride to the airport. Also unlike almost every other car service were the driver meets you at baggage claim, I had to call just to find out if he was there and he was barely willing to come and help with the bags.
If you see a buywithme from this company like we did, SAVE YOUR MONEY.
Me and my fiance are planning our wedding at Indian Springs Park and we are looking for a nice and affordable***** restraunt to cater for us.. We live in Macon and dont really know much about this area. I was hoping for a good experience because of all the positive Atlanta reviews. However, in the Boston area this service was unusable. I got an online quote and then tried to confirm my reservation over the phone twice. Both times, the person told me that he would call back in 15-20 minutes with information regarding the driver. Both times, no one called back.
I feel like I was essentially refused service without any explanation. The least they could have done was called to tell me that they were unable to arrange for a pick up. I thought it was very rude.
This was a "very " last minute option.. and the only draw back would be that you could smell the smoke in the vehicle. Im not a smoker.. BUT prompt courteous service and honestly like riding with family with the jokes and conversation.. Thank you so much..
