Yes they serve alcohol. If you can ever get the attention of the server staff. They are more interested in gossiping about other workers.
The service was equal to being at a county fair!! Wait and wait and wait after being seated then they look at you and walk by. When you ask for service you get major attitude. The server that took my order brought it out with the check!!! I said I may have dessert and he just grunted and said “whatever you want boss”. Unbelievable!!! I am actually writing this review sitting at the bar at 825 pm on a Friday night. The language from the kitchen is horrible and the bartender just told an employee to shut the f*ck up!!! Wow. I take it back. This place is equal to an inner city soup kitchen. Even homeless people would be disgusted with this place. And the manager on duty!! Oh wow. He was the line cook last week. In an economy that is closing businesses and restaurants weekly this chain is in trouble if they are all managed like this!!!!!!! My suggestion is take your family to O’Charlies or Applebee’s or even McDonald’s but don’t come to the Blue Ash Ruby Tuesday’s unless bad service, mediocre food and profanity is what you desire!! Sad thing is I am a Blue Ash City Councilman, my job is to promote area businesses. But this one I DO NOT ENDORSE

Popular neighborhood chain. Family friendly atmosphere with a wide array of menu options. I like the renovations they have done to get a more modern look.
