In November 2018, Emanuel Sloboda was on preconviction bail for pending Maine criminal offenses. In recent months Woodman Edmands has added several new attorneys, and Center said the firm expects to recruit more. Well-known real estate attorney Rick Hull merged his practice with the firm. Prior to joining Woodman Edmands, Jeff developed a broad civil law practice during more than 20 years as a sole practitioner in Kennebunk, Maine, and as owner and manager of Kennebunk Title Company. He has significant experience advising and representing individuals, families and businesses in a variety of complex legal matters, with a focus on real estate, business, estate planning (wills and trusts) and probate of estates. He handles all aspects of real estate law and practice, representing buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial titles and closings, as well as assisting investors and developers.
