They screwed up my order for my kids. When I called they said they would give me my money back as I could not get back to the store that night. In fact, I had to have a neighbor pick up McDonalds for my kids as we were going out for the night - huge inconvenience.



When I went back to the store on another day, they refused to give me my money back. I talked to the manager and he also refused. He was quite unpleasant throughout the process.



They had my order tagged when I went in to get my money back - so they acknowledged they messed up, but said they would only exchange for food and would not give me my money back - crazy,



Also, while I was there some random guy that did not look clean entered the food prep area - picked up a knife, and pulled a piece of chicken out and ate it - I question the cleanliness of this place.



Life is too short to deal with people like this.
