Computerland of Berkeley

Gus and Nermine (sp?) at Computerland are my go to guys for almost any computer struggles I have. The most notable, when I took in my wife's malfunctioning Mac Book Air (I'm PC all the way) on a Friday afternoon, with a drop dead fixit date of the following Monday morning. They had a part Fedexed to them on Monday morning and the computer up and running by 11 am as we swooped in on our way to the airport. My wie was moving to Budapest and would have been sunk had her computer not worked. It seemed nothing short of a miracle, but these two guys just took it in stride.

They later replaced a hard drive in my Qosmio gaming laptop and had it running in no time flat.

Now they are in the process of saving my derriere with my iPhone. (who says Apple is "trouble free"?) I give Computerland all 5 stars!

My Macbook kept crashing for no apparent reason, and in trying to fix it, I made it worse. It wouldn't even boot to OS. I took it to Computerland and those guys backed up my data and reinstalled MAC OS for a small fee. I would highly recommend them. A+ service

I called Toshiba technical support after my Laptop died on me, the "teck" from India made me try everything including making sure it is plugged into the wall, but no luck with that. Then he told me that I have to ship it to some warehouse in Texas and it takes 2 to 3 weeks. After I objected to that he finally told me to take it to ComputerLand in Berkeley, so I did. The guys there at CompuerLand were so nice and knowledgable, they diagnosed the problem, replaced the system board and got it back to me in full working condition in less than 3 days. And best of all, it was all free covered under the warranty. Hi five to ComputerLand.

My Apple Macbook was completely dead, they changed systemboard at half the price I was to pay in the other store. They fix It fast and I was able to pick it up the next day. Now it runs as if it's brandnew. Those guys really know what they're talking about. I highly recommend them and I will visit them again for any feature computer problem.
