Dr. Nordstrom recommended that I pull an upper molar and get a dental implant. A year later, the bone had receded around the implant. Another local dentist believes it was placed incorrectly. When I went to to the doctor to discuss the issue,the first thing the staff did was bring out the waiver I had signed letting me know I had signed away my right to compensation. A couple of years later, the bone loss has progressed. I am going to lose at least one other tooth. Horrible Dr. Don't go here.
