I recently experienced a monitor and computer power failure. Mr. Simone was prompt to respond and, while working to fix my hard drive issues made the entire experience a friendly, knowledgeable and teaching moment. He worked on my 15 year old Dell bringing it back to a new and faster life. I will always be grateful for his ability and above all his kindness to a new and now lifelong client. I spoke to Paul re: a problem I had with Microsoft Office 2010 on 6/17/19 PM and he came out and fixed the problem and cleaned up my computer the next day. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend Roberts Computer Company to my friends.

We had all of our computer system and networks fixed by Roberts Computer Company, I tell they know what they’re doing, this the first company that really takes care of you, I never had any more problems again. But sometimes I have question and they help me right away... This company is the best in Bloomfield NJ, I had told others about them and they love there service. They go up most respectable company around here. They are there to help to help you in any way. Infract if you have a problem I can tell you they are the company to go to.
They will come out at any time to make sure your computer is running at its best. They are the most honest company around. I have seen people say thing badly about them but I don’t believe anything they say,

We did a quick Google search and found several computer repair companies in our area. Because of the rave reviews on the website, we called Roberts Computer Company. We spoke with someone right away and they were able to take our equipment in promptly for service. We dropped off our hardware on a Saturday afternoon and were amazed when we received a call on Monday morning that our equipment was fixed and ready to pick-up! The service was quick! The cost was very reasonable! And best of all, our laptops and tablet work better than before! We certainly recommend Roberts Computer Company and will be using their services for all our PC repair needs!

I contacted Roberts Computer Computer Company after my laptop, which was less than a year old, suddenly wouldn't start.

Paul quickly determined that a few improperly tightened screws had come loose inside the laptop case and shorted out the motherboard. He was very helpful in retrieving my data from the hard drives before I shipped it back to the manufacturer for warranty service.

What a guy! He not only repaired repeated problems that Pete The Geek made but cleaned up my desktop pc like it was almost new...

I'm honestly shocked by all of these great reviews. I had a terrible experience. Brought in my chromebook which kept shutting off. Told him (seems like a one man operation to me, but I can't speak for sure on that) that I didn't want to spend more than $50 or I would just invest in a new one. He called my husband and said it was really dusty and he cleaned it out and swapped out a part. I think he wanted to charge close to $100 although he never called to give a price. He finally agreed to do it for the $50 limit I had told him of, but seemed kind of irate about it. When I got it home, I saw that the bottom would not close properly and was somehow poorly glued together. I don't think it worked more than a month or two and started right back to the same problem. Total waste of time and money.

Robert Fixed my cracked computer screen, he was very reasonable with the price. The job didn't take long he had my computer fixed in a few days. When I got the computer I had a concern about an edge it made a weird click, but Paul came over my house and got it fixed right away. He's very dependable and convenient to work with, he told me If your not happy with my work I am not happy so I need to be happy with my work and he fixed it right away. 90 day warranty is a PLUS! I am glad I came across his company and in future occasions with computers I look to call him. Definitely recommend Robert's Computer Company and give him a 2 thumbs up!
