        Overall

        The owner was very nice at first. I wanted to get my computer repaired and brought it to his shop. He said it was a hardware issue. I gave him up-front money to buy the hardware. Later, I found other issues and asked for a refund less his consult fee. He refused, cussed me out and then hung up on me. Very disappointed with the service.

        DO NOT TAKE YOUR PC TO GET REPAIRED BY THIS MAN. HE IS A LIAR AND WILL STEAL YOUR COMPUTER AND NEVER CALL YOU BACK. THEN CHANGE HIS NUMBER. I BASICALLY GAVE UP TRYING TO GET MY COMPUTER BACK FROM THIS OLD FART. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS , AND JUST TAKE YOUR PC TO GEEKSQUAD. 0/5 STARS .

        job well done!

        I've been having problems with my computer and I didn't want to have to drive to Fairview Heights to get it fixed. I looked online and found TPS Computers, so I called them up, dropped the computer off, and got it back as good as new. I received quick service and the gentleman was courteous and up front about how much it would cost me so I didn't receive a surprise when I walked in to pick it up. I would recommend TPS Computers!
