Stay Away From this KFC-and most other ones. I almost thought the restaurant was closed because there were so few cars in the parking lot and it was the dinner hour. I should have kept that assumption and drove on. No cars were in the drive-thru line but I had to wait 4 minutes before someone came on to take my order. They seemed like it was a bother to have to take my order. When I finally was able to place my order I ordered 24 pieces of chicken, 4 large sides and a dozen biscuits and honey. I received 20 pieces of chicken-10 were chicken wings 3 breasts 3 thighs and 4 legs. I only received 7 biscuits, of which 3 were crushed to the point of falling apart- and absolutely no honey as I requested. I spent over $60 and drove 15 miles for that "original" chicken. The people who work here lack basic mathematical skills. They are clueless when it comes to customer service-I would not be surprised to see KFC closing down all over the country for the lack of managerial skill of their staff-as this is not the first I received crappy service from a KFC. They do not know how to hire or train competent people and it is killing their business. Makes me wonder why in the hell the corporate office doesn't take action. I cannot even find a KFC in the nicer parts of town-which I think is part of their problem--they cannot attract competant people to fill their service positions because of trashy locations-who wants to put their life at risk in a bad neighborhood. Their employees and managers just have that "I don't care" attitude. I predict within 5 years or less KFC will go into bankruptcy or shut down completley if the corporate headquarters doesn't take action to keep their customers.
