I think the best thing a doctor/surgeon or nurse can do, is simply listen to their patients. Dr. Greco and their staff excelled at this. They never failed to listen to me and not only just listen, but take into consideration my feelings and thoughts and what I wanted out of this experience. I had one side of my nose that was almost entirely blocked by damaged cartilage due to a broken nose earlier in my life that was never repaired. Over 25 years later, the blockage got worse and worse. I met Dr. Greco and he immediately put me at ease as he was confident he could fix it. Not only could he fix the blockage so that I can breathe, there were some cosmetic changes requited. We immediately scheduled the procedure. Now, at one month after the procedure, I"m completely blown away by the results. I can breathe perfectly - going from what was probably 80%+ blockage to zero. And my nose is now straight and the cosmetic changes turned out great. I highly recommend Dr. Greco. His care before, during, and after the procedure was beyond what I expected. He exceeded all expectations. And he has an amazing staff who equally care, who are kind and very attentive. I could not have expected a better experience!
