Staff involved in training students, but should NOT be due to very poor customer service. Appointments obviously overbooked due to long waits in office, followed by long wait in exam room. Also waited approx. 5 minutes in office to schedule follow-up apt while staff provided instruction to a student. Then when calling in to schedule was placed on hold twice (hung up, then called back) for excessively long intervals. Demonstrating no regard for other's time.
