Dr. Ricks and his team are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming when I come into the office. I was very hesitant to get braces at thirty years old but Dr. Ricks has been amazing in answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable throughout the process. I have clear braces and people can hardly tell I have anything at all. I am very happy with my experience and I cannot wait to see the end result. I highly recommend Dr. Ricks!

They are located on the East side which is saves time and money when coming from Kern Valley. With my insurance deductable, the cost and payments were very reasonable, too.

Everyone is very nice and make you feel welcome. They are willing to work with around your schedule to make it easy on you. Every step of the process is explained and done very well.

The overall experience has been phenomenal. It is a very relaxing and professional setting that makes it clear what procedures may need to be done, the follow-up care needed, and the comforting care that will take place in between. The client's comfort is first and foremost important to the staff.
