Nick has a charismatic personality, but also insight that follows suit. We were amazed with his depth of knowledge and commitment to treating each customer individually. Jason came out and sprayed and gave me some great advice on when to clean before spraying outside. They offer excellent service, and the other tech before him was excellent as well. I appreciate the friendly, positive attitude of the lady handling the calls and how they accommodate to your schedule.

we had had advanced pest control since they started out. john came out and sprayed my whole house i dont think he missed a spot inside and out. the staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. i have sent them to family and friends and will keep sending ppl to them. keep up the good work everyone

My husband and I have been using Advanced Pest Services for many years now. They come out every other month as the bi-monthly service plan. They take care of all my problems: spiders, aunts, and fleas. My first service I was still seeing spiders so I called Advanced back and they scheduled me a redo every quickly. I was very surpriced they were willing to alter their schedules to please me. I have not had any pest problems since. I highly recommend this company and their polite staff. The prices are amazing, the service is excellent, and I am very glad I found this company. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Last week my husband and I found a TON of ants in our kitchen. We were freaking out, we have 2 little ones at home and it was horrible to have the ants in the house. I called this company to see if they could come out and they were able to send someone out the same day I called! The guy that came out to spray our house was not only on time but he was very friendly and was able to take care of our problem. My family is very happy and it's wonderful to walk out in the kitchen and not see a ton of ants. Thank you Advanced Pest Services!! :)

2 months ago I calld this company to get rid of a very mild flea problem, they schedule the appointment 2 weeks later, which should have been my first red flag, but they were cheap so I took it. Well, the cheap comes out expensive. They did not get rid of the fleas so I calld back 5 days later and they wouldn't schedule sooner than 2 weeks and when I explained they can relay eggs by the time they come out, I was told if I was unhappy about it I could go somewhere else, so I took it. They still did not get rid of the fleas! When I calld I was again told to go somewhere else. Well that's great but they already had my money, so I said fine if that's ur solution to the problem fine but I want a refund. Then I was transfered to the manager Marcy. She at first was rude and defensive and said I dint have a flea problem, it was bed bugs. I explained I knw what a flea looks like and its not bed bugs. Marcy then said she would send the owner out and for me to put the fleas in a plastic bag to prove that's what I had. So I did. 6 days later I STILL have a flea problem. I calld on a Monday and did not get a responce til wendsday. They calld me a liar and said because the fleas in the bag were dead they did not believe I had fleas. Also, that they were pest CONTROL NOT pest extinction! And for the third time I was told to go somewhere else for my problem because I was a impossible to please client. I explained I was not impossible to please I just wanted the fleas taking care of, and Marcy responce was that she spoke w/ the department of agriculture and they said they could not spray again til Oct 3 my regular schedule date and if I remined a costomer I would have to go on a monthly programe instead of bi monthly because I was having them come out to much inbetween services, which discredits their will come out as needed policy. When I askd for the epa # so I could call the agg depo to see if that was true she then told me, I'm not giving u anything, I'm done dealing w/ u and u will receive a refund when we receive back the products we used and hung up on me. Save yourself the headache, aggravation, and money and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
