Here's a great story of WHY NOT TO DO BUSINESS with Advanced Energy Concepts:
I call to schedule a service/cleaning of my furnace in September. They tell me "we are scheduling into late October." Fine I say, no worries October 27th it is!
I use a personal day at work so I can be home "between 9-12".
Fast forward to yesterday, they leave me a message around late afternoon stating they need to reschedule due to emergency calls of other customers. I call them back this morning explaining that I really need someone to come and honor their appointment due to the fact I used personal time at work to be home, AND I have been waiting 5 weeks for this appt as it is.
Their answer in a nutshell was "there is nothing we can do, we have emergency calls of customers and can reschedule you."
"Ok fine, when is your next available appointment?
"Early December"
F#@k em! Already got another company coming......

called at least 10 companies for a new furnace, they answered the phone, showed on time. There guy Doug did a great job !!! I was up and running the same day. The new boiler is great. Heats the house a lot fast. I would recommend them to anyone.
charged us outrageous price for the water heater tank (more than double the price from other vendors online). When I called, the lady agreed they over charged us even based on their own price but refused to refund the over charge.
