After waiting 5 weeks for another company to diagnose and find a "board" to repair my microwave, Eric from AtlanticCoast Appliance walked into my kitchen, diagnosed the problem, replaced two fuses, and had my microwave working in one short visit! I won't call anyone else in the future - you have no idea how inconvenient it's been not having a microwave!
I have patronized Atlantic Coast Appliance for well over a decade. I have bought as well as have serviced many appliances through Atlantic Coast over the years. Most recently, Stephanie came to my rescue when I need to replace some refrigerator drawers.
The shipment was received with a damaged drawer after having waited a few days for delivery. Stephanie was able to recover a replacement drawer within hours through the distributor and thus allowed me to have a fully operational refrigerator for a demanding family!
These folks are great! My refrigerator was warm when I woke up one Tuesday
morning, I called Atlantic Coast Appliance & they were at my house within 2
hours. Fixed my fridge in no time & didn't charge "an arm & a leg". Highly
recommend them to everyone.
I have used this company on several occasions, and have recommended them to my friends and neighbours. Prompt. Clean and well mannered techs who are able to repair most things on first trip out without having to "order parts." My tech even left me his personal number in case I ever needed after hours service, and when I called him on a Sunday months later, he answered and repaired my refrigerator that day. Highly recommend this company.

I found this company to be very honest and dependable. Service was great! Instead of trying to take me for a huge repair bill, they fixed my refrigerator and told me that the part would last for a month or "if lucky" a year. It has been 5 months and stil working. This has given us time to shop for a new unit, after all I feel we are fortunate to have gotten almost 18 years out of this old one. Good people!
