Omni Insurance Group

This insurance company is a freaking joke. We had one of their insured hit and Totaled our Beautiful ACURA TL and they have been uncimpathetic, RUDE to put it nice, slow very unperfessional. And do not care one bit about anything or anyone they deal with. They will not call you back and once you keep on calling Miss Lori Butler will start yelling at you over the phone. And has for Her supervisor Theodore Willson he is the definition of a SLACKER! Do everything you possibly can to not deal with these people. They should be shut down and not allowed to insure people. Because they want to get away with not paying for anything and I do mean ANYTHING!
