        Overall

        This is my 1st time dealing with an auto accident/personal injury claim so I naively tried to take on the other person's insurance company by myself. After too many almost daily phone calls at work where I felt like I was being taken advantage of, I decided to hire Kenneth S. Nugent based on his reputation for handling personal injury cases.
