        Overall

        Dr. Lucas is the most unprofessional doctor I've ever seen. She never returns phone calls, is rude and withholds procedure results after my insurance already paid for these services and I paid a large sum out of pocket. Instead of returning my phone call, she sends a nasty letter in the mail saying she is terminating my care. TERRIBLE care. do NOT go here ever.
