I have been using Kiwi Carpet Cleaning for 4 years now and I just love their services. Kiwi Services has great deals and also offers what they call warranty cleanings. Here's the scoop: you pay for your initial cleaning for how ever many rooms you choose, then for an entire year after your initial cleaning, they will clean those same rooms as many times as your want (during that year) for $4 per room, plus a $28 trip charge. This is an awesome deal
for my household because we clean our carpets quarterly. Just to give you an idea of the cost: I have 7 areas that get cleaned. I paid $282.70 for the year and my warranty cleaning cost me $60 bucks. Awesome right? Best of all Kiwi's offers professional cleaning and gleaming results without the toxins often found in chemical products used
in steam carpet cleaning."

They would not let me redeem a 2 week expired certificate from eversave. Not going to be using them or recommending them.

Krystle did a fantastic job of cleaning our 18 year old carpets. They look great. Scheduling was not a problem at all and she was super responsive and arrived promptly. We are very pleased with the results of the cleaning and will definitely use Kiwi Clean again.

Alfredo and his crew arrived 15 minutes early and did an excellent, thorough job. During the cleaning, Alfredo had me point out any particular spots and he did his best to get out what he could. There was a lot of carpet to clean and overall, it looks great. I will definitely call them again and refer to friends. This company did a great job from start to finish. I was worried about our upholstered ottoman, but Alfredo cleaned it by hand and did a terrific job. Kiwi answered the phone when I called and quoted my job, set up an appointment for the same week, and was very efficient while they were here. I'd certainly use then again, and definitely trust them with our trickier rugs/upholstered furniture.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a coupon for 3 rooms and a hall which is why I called them. They came in and were in and out in 15 minutes. The worst part was that they were the rudest most unprofessional people I'd ever met. The technician came in and immediately started looking for a plug for his machine and when my husband asked if he could help him, he actually replied 'didn't I tell you if I needed anything I would ask you? Did you hear me ask you? You're disturbing me!' That was just one example of the very rude remarks and absolutely awful attitude they exhibited from the time they walked into the house. They barely vacuumed over the carpet and used no cleaning agent whatsoever - I watched them put water from my faucet into the machine and nothing else. It was a disaster. I was under the impression that the purpose of companies using coupons was to gain future business. That certainly will not ever happen! Since I had already moved my furniture I went to Kroger and did the job myself. I suggest you do the same before you put yourself through the trauma of Kiwi!

I'm a frequent Kiwi customer and very pleased with the services they provide. They are professional and provide a great price point. Kiwi is the best carpet cleaning company in Atlanta, GA hands down. My carpets always look new when they leave. Thanks KIwi!
