Gladys Knight's Chicken & Waffles Concepts

While the chicken was banging this was THE WORST experience ever!!! Horrible service, bathrooms were disgusting, had to get our own condiments from the server station, orders were wrong, bill was wrong and the manager acted like he had no clue what was going on. Stay far far away from this place!!!!!

I have always heard great things about this place so I was so excited to go! I was let down unfortunately. I got the shrimp and grits and it was awful. The shrimp was over cooked and chewy, the grits were very bland and the presentation was just terrible. My friends ordered the chicken and waffles and they said the chicken was "okay" but overall we were not impressed.

The wait for a table was extremely long (40 min to 1 hour). The food was mediocre. I loved all the photos and gold records displayed on the walls.

The last two times I went and had the Chicken a side and Waffles , I must Say, for the money they charged it was not worth it! First of all "I could've sworn the Waffles were not homemade, and tasted like sponge!" the chicken was just ok, and wasnt seasoned like I remembered it was the first time we went there. The Veggies were Excellent!! I love Gladys Knight and since my grandaughter wants to go there (she's nvr been), I plan to take her... We always go to the one @ Stonecrest Mall In Atlanta

I had waffle, shrimp and grits, and something else. all of it delicious!
