Briarcliff Pediatrics is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Dr. Deeb will be available to see patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (off on Wednesday). Dr. Rebecca McCoy sees patients 5 days a week Monday – Friday. To make an appointment, please call (770) 939-7676. For All Well Child Check appointments, we ask that the PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN accompany the child and Not a family member or relative.
Ear Infections
Ongoing Health and Wellness Care: We frequently provide ongoing care to patients with chronic medical issues, such as obesity, eczema, recurrent ear infections, allergies, and more. We also perform follow up visits for the removal of stitches and staples after patients have undergone emergency medical care.
Family Practice
Leah has been in family practice and pediatrics for the past 13 years. She grew up in Norcross and currently lives in Tucker. She always knew she wanted to go into the medical field and became a Certified Nursing Assistant while in high school. When you ask her why she chose nursing she says, ” Because I’m a people person, I love getting to know the families and kids and seeing them grow!” Leah is an avid runner and participates in several races throughout the year. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband Ben and 3 girls Riley, Tyler and Parker. She also likes crafts, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
Emergency Care
If your child has a life-threatening emergency, please call 911. If your child has an acute illness or minor emergency, please call our office to schedule a same day appointment. If the need arises, Dr. Deeb is also available for suturing most lacerations in the office, rather than having to refer you to an emergency room.
Immunizations
Your baby will require, by law, certain immunizations for protection against childhood diseases. It is very important for your child that all immunizations be kept current.

Referrals to Sub-Specialists: Sometimes, children require specialist care and Dr. Deeb and Dr. McCoy can help provide you with the guidance that you may need. We regularly consult with pulmonologists when a child’s asthma gets out of control or provide referrals to pediatric neurologists when necessary for the treatment of migraines, chronic headaches, and possible concussion evaluation. We also have excellent referral sources to help children and teens dealing with sadness/depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, school problems, learning disabilities, and other mental health issues.

School and Sports Physicals and Screening: For those four and five year olds who are just beginning school, we can perform all required hearing and vision screening tests. We also regularly perform sports physicals, camp and school physicals, and annual well child physicals to make sure your child is in tip-top shape.
