No, this is not a traditional urgent care facility. We only treat new orthopedic injuries. We are contracted with most major health insurance carriers and will provide care for non-insured or cash-paying patients under an agreement made with them.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Dr. Kuplic, Brad, his sidekick, and all the nurses were wonderful. I had carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand. They all go out of their way, to make you feel like part of everything.

MRI
My visit with Dr Minorik was so thorough and concise. He explained all the findings of my MRI to me in a very understandable manner. He also laid out a clear plan of action with my best interest in mind. I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr Minorik.
X-Rays
Computed Tomography
It starts by taking a series of X-rays and/or CT scans to create a 3D model of your joint. This 3D model allows your OSI surgeon to plan all the specifics of your surgery, such as exact joint dimensions and how much bone needs to be removed. The robotic arm your orthopedic specialist uses to assist in the procedure provides tactile, visual, and auditory feedback to ensure optimum accuracy, alignment, and placement of the implant. Every person I encountered throughout the day from the receptionist to the doctors were exceptionally pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I receive emails every day from Dr. Eggert and those are greatly appreciated. The emails are informative and encouraging. I pray that I’ll never need orthopedic surgery again, but if I do, I will insist on getting it through OSI.

Hip Replacement
I have had my second anterior hip replacement by Dr. Lohrbach. The surgeries were seven years apart. Both surgeries went very well. The second surgery I recovered a lot sooner than the first. I believe his skills and updated procedures made that possible. I would recommend him 100% plus if you are considering him for an anterior hip replacement surgery.
