Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I took my beetle there for an oil change, since it's conveniently located to my work. What a mistake. I have never had an oil leak, and I had a huge puddle in my garage the next morning. I went back the next day, they said it was a "warped oil drain plug" and that the washer was "no good". They tried to fix it again, told me to go get a new drain plug from VW. So after 2 days of oil leaking, I took it to the dealership and waited hours, since I did not have an appointment. Apparently VW beetles need new washers or gaskets every time you change the oil. This place did not tell me this at the first visit, they put the old one back in and per one of the employees "it was overtightened" - and I lost a whole quart of oil in 2 days. So I paid $72 for a crappy oil change (the dealership charges $68) that left me with oil stains and cleanup in my garage, inconvenience of going back 3 times and sitting at a dealership all morning on my day off. The owner only reimbursed me what I paid at VW and would not reimburse me anything for the oil change they screwed up (I asked for $57 which didn't include the oil filter). Seedy operation, not professional at all. Don't go here.
