Oh where to begin---multiple mistakes-- no one taking blame. One incident almost killed my husband . I felt like no one cared. Just trying to get the patients thru. No personalities. Please avoid at all costs

I was a patient at the U of M in Nov..2013 for 9 days while they evaluated my pancreatic tumor. I had some of the Best nurses anywhere!!! They were kind, respectful, and attentive. I was released to return in Dec. for surgery. Again... I was cared for in a most respectful, caring manner. I will, and have, recommended U of M to others.

Wouldn't recommend to even a dog, let alone a human !

The urology department is amazing! My sister has been been seeing a urology surgeon to prepare for a kidney transplant and she has been the BEST. The urology department are all wonderful. We never had to wait in the waiting room for an Appt and when several appt's were scheduled the coordinated the one right after another so we wouldn't have to wait between appt's or make several trips as we are 2 hrs away. The best service and very caring!!!

U of M hospital is a giant college testing facility that prioritizes education first and healthcare second. The doctors cancel appointments, ask you to reschedule with a different doctor, and any available appointments are usually two to three months out. It is very frustrating. Go to St. Joe's or anywhere else.

I injured my leg 5 months ago and went to u of m there orthopedic docs have been great but when it came to pain management they sent me to the taubman center docs and they have let me suffer for months I finally went to another pm Dr and paid out of pocket now I've sold everything I own so I could pay for proper medical treatment

My Daughter was Born with a cleft lip an a cleft palate. she was referred to Dr. Edwards for surgery an check ups. Dr. Edwards an his staff have done a wonderful job at making us as a family more aware of the condition she was born with an have made everything that much easier for us to understand. He is a remarkable doctor an i would recommend him to ANY one. Great hospital, great Doctor, great nurses, and awesome bed side manors comes from this remarkable place. I am more then pleased with the results and the important information that Motts Children's hospital offers.

My Daughter was hit by a motor vehicel and rushed to motts by helecopter and the surgens saved her life and she was out of the hospital within 3 weeks not only was my baby a fighter but taubman center and motts did there job as well to save her life.

If I had to tell a friend bout this place I'd tell them that Michigan University Hospital IS the worst most rediculas hospital. I hate Michigan University Hospital they dont take good care of there patients and then have the nerve to disrespect the patient. The family member who was being neglected and mistreated nearly died on the night shift of nurses because his nurse failed to respond to his nurse light. This place is disrespectful and neglecting the patients and mistreating there patients. I will never ever recomend this hospital to anyone. They say this is sposably the best hospital considering its in the top 10 best hospital in the United States, but yet I didnt see whats so good bout this hospital. once again i will never recomend this hospital to anyone!
