U.S. Social Security Administration

They send letters that a person has to call the local office and they won't answer the phone and route a person to the national number. That number tells a person to call the local office, so round and round it goes. And nobody will answer in Anchorage...so why does the local office even want a person to call. So how does a person get ahold of the local Anchorage office.
