Rusty's Towing

This is the worst tow service I've ever had. The tow truck driver didn't even know where to go once we gave him an address. The dispatch lady gave me attitude and told me that they didn't have time to take care of my vehicle after the tow truck driver had already arrived and then left. This is the worst service I've ever had in my life and I will never ever call them up again.

Horrible service. Refused to come tow away an illegally parked vehicle in front of my building.

I have used Rusty's Towing in Anchorage Alaska for about 8 years now. For a total of 4 jobs. Always helpful...NO change in fees...no delays. The office staff as well as the drivers have been most helpful.

My brother has a shop in Anchorage and they use Rusty's as well as others and have had no problems of any kind with these folks. Barbara b

Road Side Assistance made contact w/this co for us at 4:45 p.m. RSA called us moments later to inform us of a 55 min wait. RSA continued contact w/us from 4:45 p.m.-8 p.m. We called Rusty's at 7:40 to ask if we were even scheduled. 1st they were unsure. Then they said they had issues w/equipment?, we'll call you back. At 8:15 they called to say they were ready to tow the rig. We told them No Thank You! Longest 55 min's ever!

I recommend that YOU DO NOT USE this tow company. The tow truck driver damaged my property while unloading my towed vehicle. The driver immediately notified Owner of damage. After sending damage estimate in mail as driver requested I got no response. I have placed repeated calls also with no response. What a poor way to run a business!
