I am very grateful for Climent Construction. Manny is amazing and he has assembled a great team to assist homeowners in their hour of need. I had a flood and Climent Construction did the rebuild and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend Climent to any and all homeowners or property owners who need disaster clean-up to re-modeling.

YAY for Climent Construction! I used my brand new renovated bathroom/shower this morning for the first time, and I love it. Thank you for the hard work, being on time, being on budget and ever so patient with all of my changes.. Can't wait for work in the kitchen to begin this summer.

Added 8/18 - Kitchen is complete and it's gorgeous! Again, lots of changes that were handled in stride with professionalism and patience. Could not have asked for more.

I was a little nervous about hiring a contractor to remodel my basement but Manny and his team did an awesome job. Climent Construction remodeled a kitchen and bathroom in my basement and it looks fantastic. They showed up, worked hard, cleaned up afterwards, and finished the project right on time. I would highly recommend them.

Manny and his team recently completed a major remodel of our master bedroom, master bath, and guest bath. It was an amazingly hassle free experience, as his team arrived every day, met all of our expectations and were a pleasure to work with. We appreciated the detailed bid, and the suggestions he and his team made to improve our original plans. We have already given Climent Construction recommendations to two of our neighbors, and would hire them again for another project.

I had a water leak that damaged two floors of my home. Finding a contractor can be daunting, but the recommendation to call Manny and Climent Construction was well directed. Manny was very upfront, knowledgeable and indeed carries integrity and pride in his business practice. His team were on the spot to help me through the mess. The craftsmen who performed the work were indeed gentlemen and very straight-forward with their work, and communicated well on any issues, their progress and their schedule. The results; awesome. I have my home back as it was and also had a few window upgrades done by them in the process! THANKS GUYS!



OK new update! Have now had Manny and his team over for three projects. After the water damage, he redid the exterior of the house and replaced the rest of my windows, then constructed a bathroom and home office. I am ecstatic with the work! Beautiful. Sooo... I have another project for him. Professionalism shines through both him and his team. THANKS AGAIN MANNY, AARON AND JUSTIN!

Manny and the team remodeled two bathrooms, painted the Master Bedroom, changed out all the light switches and hung two small chandeliers. It all exceeded my expectetation and the pricing was so good. They did so well they are returning to do my kitchen, add bookcases and a kichenette in the basement. Thank you Manny and team.

We recently had some major work done on our master bedroom and bath. This was a complete remodel - tile, vanity with granite top, new shower and door, new sink and faucet, lights, fan, ceiling fan with lights in the bedroom. We also changed the closets to French doors instead of bi-pass and installed some closet organizers. We changed out all the toilets (3) in our house. We repainted another bedroom and also repainted the living room, hall way and kitchen. We repainted all the closets and doors and changed out the door knobs. Manny and his crew did excellent work. They were professional and courteous. They do quality work and, equally important, treated our home with respect; cleaning up every night. They realized we still were living here and made it comfortable for us even though things were being torn apart and re-built. Manny's rates are comparable to others but the quality of work and the professional approach of his crew are the main reasons why we highly recommend them to anyone who needs some work done.

Manny was referred to us by a couple of our friends. They couldn't stop raving about their experience with him so we decided to have him do a couple fixes in our home. We needed a burst pipe replaced (inside our wall) and needed the drywall fixed in our water heater room due to some water damage. We couldn't be happier with the results! Everything from contacting him the first time, to scheduling a time for an estimate, to the actual work being performed, it was as easy and as smooth as could be. We will definitely be using Manny's services again in the future!!

I had a great experience working with Manny. His work was good and his prices were much better than other contractors we checked with. I want to also note that Manny does an excellent job handling his communications which not all contractors can say. He was always responsive and quick to share any relevant updates. He handled a complete renovation of an older house we bought and really did a top notch job. I would use him again.
