Ordered service with this company in 2009, because I wanted a contract-free system.



This appears to be a one-man operation. Somehow the proprietor, Wayne, convinced me to sign a contract, which he claimed I could cancel any time, in order for a cheaper system. I never should've taken the bait.



I canceled, and retained a copy of my invoice, certified letter, and canceled check just in case. Over a year later, I'm still receiving "statements" for a service I don't have.
