I recently scheduled a service call for my business. They were able to send someone out the same day which was a relief. My server was acting a little strangely and of course it is during our peak season(Valentine's Day). Shannon was the Technician and ran various tools to try and find the problem. What impressed me the most was that he took added steps to physically inspect the enterior of the computer as well. Turns out that by doing this he also saw a physical defect that would eventually cause problems that wouldn't have been picked up otherwise. My hardware is dated but it is because I use proprietary software that wouldn't be compatible with the latest Windows7. So to buy a new computer would be out of the question because new software (at thousands of dollars) would have been needed. Shannon made a call to one of his vendors and they were able to get the part to him the next day. The next day he returned and I was back up and running with not only the hardware issue repaired but Shannon also took care of some viruses that were causing the other problems as well. Shannon took the time to not only cause the current issue but keep me from experiencing an even larger problem later. I will call them again and recommend them to anyone.

I scheduled on of their technicians to come out and take a look at what I thought might be a virus on my computer. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived on time and had me up and going in less than an hour. I've had other individuals come out for deliveries or other services and usually am provided a 4 hour window; but not this time. I was told they would be here at 2 and they were. Not wasting my time is a pet peeve of mine and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I was unable to connect to the internet at home with my laptop. I called and was happy to find that they cuold send me a "geek" out the next morning. Jack came out, on time, and was able to fix the problem. He was very professional and took care of the wireless issue in less than an hour. Turns out someone had changed something with the router. I also told Jack about issues I had with my laptop with it being slow. He did some quick clean up and gave me some tips to help it with the future.

All in all Jack did a great job. He took care of the problem quickly and professionally and even helped me with issues I didn't even call about.

These guys were great. They had no problem answering my many questions. The work was done quickly and they made sure to call me and keep me up to date. Much better than going to a big store where I would be just another number.
