        Overall

        With my crazy commute, I'm constantly getting my oil changed. These guys are always friendly and honest and get me up and running in no time. They don't try and nickle and dime you and suggest service you don't need, like some other quick oil change places I'll refrain from naming.

        WHAT A WAY TO TREET A LONG TIME CUSTOMER

        EXPRESS OIL CHANGE, WHY DID YOU TRY TO CHARGE MY WIFE $75.00" WHILE GETTING THE OIL CHANGED" TO HOOK UP THE METER "OR WHAT EVER IT IS" TO SEE WHY THE CHECK ENGINE LITE CAME ON. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF YOURS FOR MANY YEARS. I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT AUTO ZONE DID IT FOR FREE, WITH A SMILE. YOU SAID THAT IF WE LET YOU FIX THE PROBLEM YOU WOULD SUBTRACT THE 75.00. THE GAS CAP WAS NOT TIGHT, HOW MUCH WOULD YOU HAVE CHARGED ME TO FIX THAT? TAKING ADVANTIGE OF A WOMAN IN MY OPINION IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I'LL FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GET MY OIL CHANGED.
