I bought this computer system from United PC Tek. Free shipping and fast delivery. They answered all my questions the next day. (I like that) My computer was from Dell. It is Windows 10. My monitor was from Samsung. The monitor is a 22 inch. The picture is perfect. This is the BEST computer system I have ever used. I have used computers for over 35 years. (My first computer was a TRS-80) This is a refurbished system. Everything looks brand new. The package was heavy-duty, double wall, corrugated cardboard box. The delivery lady had to use a cart to take it to my room. It was so heavy. It took no time at all to install my system. Everything worked the very first time. I had this about 2 months. I use it all the time. It neve shuts down. I love it. I'm sure it will last a long time. When I do need one, I'm defiantly coming to you guys.

We been doing business with United PC TEK for over 10 years now, My company and my family been buying pcs, laptops and phones never been a problem.

I purchased a desktop PC from United PC Tek with a 90 warranty. Within 6 weeks the hard drive failed. They refused to fix it and I had to pay $128 out of pocket to replace the disk and restore the data.
