        The OMC needs no reviews b/c its clientele has been so loyal for decades, and for good reason. The owners are like family. The food remains marvelous ... not so exotic that even not-so-daring palates can enjoy it ... but always full of variety and charm. Service and setting excellent. Food marries well with BYO wines, and there's no corkage fee. No place else in Balto where one can bring a variety of wines to enjoy with the great courses, and all for a reasonable price!

        Always wonderful

        I love this restaurant! Just had the pear salad with grilled chicken and it was so light and delicious. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Baltimore!

        Wonderfully delicious, $$, beautifully decorated, friendly staff, make reservations for Fri & Sat's

        Haleem Bademjune was truly fantastic as were several of the other appetizers. I recommend the Barq kebabs, kubideh kebabs (similar to American meatloaf burgers) and chicken & also duck fensenjune. I am American but have cooked Persian food for over 30 yrs and this is definitely a wonderful restaurant & the cuisine was spectacular, as were the servers. This is a family owned restaurant with good ol' home-cooking -- not the standard microwavable, pre-made dishes that you'll find in most restaurants these days. If that's what you like, then you won't find it here. Although you might expect to see all Middle Eastern/Mediterranean people here, there were a large number of American's and all of them seemed to be enjoying their selections and the atmosphere. Check it out and enjoy!!
