Long Nails

I went in on a Sunday for a basic manicure at this location. By Monday, less than 24 hours after the manicure, the polish was chipped and it appeared as if I had not had a manicure. I returned after calling and the staff initially tried to say I must have been cleaning. Then they offered to fix specific nails. I left feeling gypped. At least they should have offered another polish. Instead I told them I could do a better job myself. I guess I blame myself because I left on Sunday not completely satisfied. The manicurist cut my cuticle causing bleeding and had to add an antiseptic. He polished outside the lines, and the finish was not smooth. I decided just not to tip rather than complain. I should have complained then. I wish I could load a picture!
