PS Employment

Both reviews Miss B.and the other are from ex employees who got terminated due to various reasons of poor job performance . We do an excellent job with clients and the employees we have. Ps Employment has been in business for 18 years plus.We give great customer service and it's a great place to work owner shouldn't need to be in daily as she has very strong leadership in place. The disgruntled ex employees are ex employees for a reason .PS Employment cares about each employee and each client very much wonderful client relationships.

I couldn't say it any better than Miss B, whoever she is but she's right on target. No false accusations. I have read every review here and they are all true. I was also a recruiter that didn't want to play the absolute childish games. It's sad when you go to work and worry about sneezing wrong in fear that someone will run and tell on you, which is EXACTLY what happens. I have never before heard of anything stating you can not file exempt until I worked for this company. There is a lot of wrong doing in this company. IE: Not offering people 40 hour a week jobs because they will lose a go to person that will jump and run at the drop of a hat. It's an absolute hostile work environment. They charge people for background checks that they pull off case net which is free public knowledge. They charge employees and thier clients for the same drug screen. You can work past 4:30 and not get paid for it but god forbid you're one minute late and they're docking your pay 15 minutes. The owner has absolute no clue what is happening in her own business. As far as the office manager and the marketing director put your name tags on and have a seat in the kindergarten class because that's where you belong. The plaster is falling out of the walls. I could go on and on about what a dump it is. Steer clear of PS!

I wasn't impressed. The Secretary was Scotty to the people who were a little early and made them leave the office.The jobs they offered were bottom of the barrel.Then they called with a 4 hour job and gave me less than 40 minutes to get there and get dressed.Kahkus and a polo shirt to do laundry?seriously.
