THEY ONLY WANT TO DEAL W/PATIENTS W/MEDICAID OR MEDICARE & NOT INSURANCE. AND THEY CHARGE EXCESSIVELY FOR PRIVATE PAY COMPARED TO THE OTHER PHARMCIES FOR THE SAME MACHINE.The DME dept.has no sympathy or professionalism.My father has end-stage adrenocarcinoma.In an attempt to keep him home to pass in peace instead of in the hospital, we called Saenz to look for a particular machine. Not only did Veronica, at the Nolana location, fib to me over th phone, she did not come out to talk to my mother who is a nurse.I will make it a point to let everyone i know, even patients, since i am a nurse and my mother is a nurse, about this pharmacy.

I've been filling prescriptions at Saenz Pharmacy for years and the pharmacists couldn't be any nicer. They also offer free home delivery which is nice and the prices are very low compared to other chain pharmacies.
