I purchased a battery from O'Reilley auto store located on second and Broadway in Edmond, Oklahoma a little over a year ago. After having trouble with this battery over a week I took it back to the store where I made the purchase in an attempt to make an exchange. Once at the store,Jeff waited on me. He was unable to find the purchase of the battery in the store computer system. He then accused me of trying to cheat the store, by saying I had brought the battery in 2009, which wasn't the case. Jeff said, "the best he could do for me was to sell me a new battery and take $ 15.00 off that purchase". To which I replied NO ! I ended up going elsewhere and started all over with a New battery. I share in the responsibility for loosening my receipt, but feel the store should share in the responsibility as well, after all, someone dropped the ball on their end. I mean the sales person should hav entered the data in the computer at the time of purchase. and possibility of this could have been avoided. Lesson learn, keep all your receipts and make sure they put all your data in their computer. Btw the battery I been speaking about had a 72 month warranty on it and 72 months = 6 years, so even if I had purchased that battery in 2009, that's four years and it should have still been under warranty anyway. : ( John Perry Edmond,Oklahoma Thank You for reading.

I have used them for about 3 years now. They have a polite and knowledgeable staff. If they don't have the part in stock they can usually have it today or tomorrow. Specialty parts are usually shipped from Texas in a few days. They are great.
