        Joe has represented me for years . Collin county issues which are never easy . He has handled everything from speeding tics to motel series matters as possession charges and dui . The outcomes were all favorable and he was able to shorten my Prob. By 50% . I hired him to handle other cases my friends couldn’t afford for their problems all great outcomes . One young lady had 5 felonies . All are in process of being removed . He is the best .

        Mr. Padian represented my son on an aggravated assault charge. His girlfriend was high and said he hit her with a baseball bat. A jury found my son not guilty. Mr. Padian did a great job!

        I was recently represented by Mr. Padian in a parole revocation hearing in which his expertise was extremely helpful in obtaining my release from the Dallas County Jail. Through his efforts the revocation decision was a none revocation action by the hearing officer and the parole analyst. His appearance at the hearing process gave me a sense of comforter knowing someone was there on my behalf. There was a pending allegation which was handled in a timely manner. The importance of parole attorney is definitely needed in the revocation process and Joseph Padian is the man for the Job. H.C.
