        Long-time customer

        Been using Jacobs Boiler for all of our buildings for years. They are reliable especially after hours. Can even get parts not easily found anywhere else. Highly recommended.

        Hair pulling

        They came out 3 times and each time replaced a part. The problem remained unsolved until William Stoker cam out to make an adjustment. I wouldn't recommend Jacobs to anyone.

        We have researched this complaint thoroughly and can find no such job or validity to the review. We have been in business for nearly 90 years and do our best to respond promptly to resolve any problems. All any customer has to do is call us.

        Disappointing work

        Jacobs came out three times to replace parts and each time neglected to solve the problem. It wasn't until William Stoker came out and made an adjustment that the problem was finally resolved. I don't plan on calling Jacobs again.

        I have been using Jacobs Boiler for years and they are honest, courteous and fair. When you need someone to fix your boiler in below zero weather, they come in a pinch!

        Terrible just Terrible

        They came in and trampled dirt all over the rugs, smelled like alcohol, ate something out of the fridge , were late to begin with and seemed so incompetent it was weird, never fixed the problem and charged more than they said they would had to come back 3 times and I lost valuable work time Jeez!
