wow allstate set me up to get towed from a&r i was expecting some sloppy driver to come tow my car but they were super professional. He called me when he received the call and when he arrived outside my home and even came 10 minutes early unlike usa towing whom i waited 4 hours for !! i cannot explain how proffesional and sweet this guy was . He had it loaded in no time and i made it to the dealership to make my appointment Thank you a&r towing i will be calling you back in the future !
I have a custom 69 Impala that I needed towing to Anthony @ A&R Auto. He recommended these guys and I couldn't have been happier with the service I was provided. This is a very expensive car and they treated it with the white glove service. The manager Chuck is a real class act, and he treated me and my car like the VIP's I think we are.
Very Nice People! Great Customer Service department! Fast towing services! Best Rates in town! The auto Department is fast quick, if your looking for great quality work Anthony and his team of mechanics are the go to!
Horrible service Roadside Assistance contacted A& R to tow my vehicle! I received a message that their ETA would be 90 minutes.(7pm)Well 90 minutes later I called RA, because A&R had not arrived and I was informed that they’d be at my house within 10 minutes. After another call to RA, i was informed 12 more minutes. Mind you I did not receive one call from A&R regarding their ETA, but they want to call me also 3 hours (9:35pm) later? At that point you don’t deserve to pick up car, so I asked RA to dispatch another tow company! If they couldn’t do the job, they should of passed on the call! So inconsiderate, I had things that I could’ve been doing in that 3 hour timeframe, opposed to waiting!!Truly disappointed!!

Provided by SuperpagesAwful terrible people drop my truck off for repairs 1 major repair ended up they kept fixing fixing fixing to the tune of 2000 dollars I was paying on there payment plan every week he called threatening to take my truck under a lien law of sorts I got the money together paid him he still did not hand over my truck right away they had it blocked in with a vehicle they were spray painting now my 3 thousand dollar paint job is ruined and half the stuff isn't even fixed terrible place never use them

Anthony is very rude and obnoxious! His staff is not knowledgable about "their policy" with accepting credit card payments. He quoted me a price for some work that I was sure I did not need at an astronomical price at that! I had it towed to another location and SURPRISE it was a much simpler and cheaper fix!! Avoid at all costs unless you have time and money to waste!!
Based on my recent experience... GO ELSEWHERE!!! These people gave me a receipt and then upped the charge on my credit card with no notice. "Abby" told me it was a service charge and when I insisted I had not been informed and my receipt showed the correct charge, she hung up on me. I called back to tell her I was refusing the charge and would write them a check for the correct amount and she hung up on me again. Zero customer service. The above is what actually happened. My opinion is that they should be avoided at all costs. I won't go into the issues with the driver taking an hour and a half to go 2 miles to get to us while we sat on the side of an interstate with cars flying past or hauling my car in the wrong direction for some reason... Just avoid them!

Provided by SuperpagesI took my nissan to A&R and they gave me an estimate the exact same day! The prices were reasonable and they were even able to negotiate with me a little. It was all extremly convenient. They had a relaxing waiting room, gave me a remote, set the temperature to whatever I liked and had my vehicle ready extremly quick. The manager and their whole team as a whole is extremly cooperative and were even able to teach me a thing or two about my car that I didnt know before. It was my first time coming to A&R auto. But definitly not my last!

Anthony Lathan is the best around!. My husband had a Fuel pump replaced, in Feb of last year, on his 94 truck and she runs as good as new! I have had my Fuel pump replaced in May of last year and my radiator replaced, amongst other maintenance requirements, and she runs as good as new! I HIGHLY recommend Anthony to ANYONE, and his prices are GREAT, versus going to a dealership! Thank you Anthony for what you have done and I will continue to let people know about you! Word of mouth is best way to go! :o) hly recommended because

I searched all over before coming to Mr. Lathan's shop and was quoted prices too high for me to afford, in this economy. After Speaking to Anthony, I felt more at ease. I don't know about the other girls out there, but I'm NO guru on cars. Anthony took his time and explained to me what I needed, why, and how much it would cost. When I asked him about the $$$$, he quoted me $1,000.00 LESS than what the other guys quoted. He not only saved me money on buying and installing a new transmission, he finished the job in record time. I was very pleased with his GREAT CUSTOMER service. My car runs great now! I'll be heading his way for ANY vehicle issues I may have in the future. Thank you soooo much Anthony! You're a great guy and you run a wonderful shop! Thanks guys at A & R Auto!!! :-))

Provided by SuperpagesA local favoriteI HAVE A 95 CHRYSLER SEBRING CONVERTIBLE AND MY ENGINE STARTED MAKING A TERIBLE KNOCKING SOUND SO I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER TO HAVE IT CHECKET OUT AND BOY DID THAY HAVE SOME BAD NEWS ( MY ENGINE IS NO GOOD ) HE TOLD ME IT WOULD COST AROUND $3250.00 TO REPLACE MY ENGINE SO I CALLED SEVERAL SHOPS AROUND CHARLOTTE, CONCORD, & HUNTERSVILLE AREA TO GET SOME OTHER QUOTES AND AFTER SEVERAL HOURS I FOUND ANTHONY AT A&R HE WAS GREAT, AFTER WE TALKED FOR A WHILE HE REALISED I DIDNT KNOW THAT MUCH ABOUT CARS SO HE ASKED IF I WOULD LIKE TO COME IT SO HE COULD EXPLAIN IN A LITTLE BETTER TO ME. WHEN I WENT INTO HIS SHOP, I COULDN'T BELEIVE HOW CLEAN IT WAS . ANTHONY SAT DOWN WITH ME AND SHOWED ME HOW THE ENGINE WORKS AND WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO MINE. SO I ASKED THE QUESTION HOW MUCH AND HE SAID $1750.00 FOR EVERYTHING I COULDENT BELIEVE THE PRICE DIFFRENCE AND IT CAME WITH A SIX MONTH WARRANTY SO OF COURSE I SAID OK.
