Customer service stinks, they will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale,beware of their fraud practice when you buy a used vehicles, they is selling used cars at a high price and there is all kinds of problems with them and they will not work with you to resolve them.

I bought a Grand Cherokee here a few years ago and the sales staff was great, but the service department tends to be slower. I have had to bring my car in multiple times when they didn't fix an issue the first time.

Ask for Matt Harmon! He is an exceptional professional. No pressure AT ALL. A great listener and read my needs to a T. I probably emailed him over 20+ times and he responded within hours of each with NO problem, talk about patience!
I purchased a 2014 Charger and he sent his people out of town to pick up the car I wanted.
Matt is super nice and patient ....HE ROCKS!

I had a great experience on Thursday at the dealership. I just bought a brand new Ram about a month ago. My heater was acting up on a day it was below freezing of course. I took my vehicle into service with no appointment hoping they could get to it that day. Not only did they get my vehicle done in the same day, I was able to get a rental which was super convenient . The service advisor was also very personable.

These people totally ripped us off, we bought a used PT cruiser from them and in less than 1 year we've made 4 repairs on the thing. and getting ready to replace the transmission!!!

I took my car in for service and i was very pleased with the way they took care of my needs and checked my car over to make sure it was safe for my children. The Service Writers were very polite and so was the cashier. I would highly recommend going to them again.

I have had a very good experience dealing with Allstar Dodge Chrsysler Jeep. The sales staff and managers do what ever they can to help you when you purchase a vehicle.

Went in for several items to be serviced including the transmission. About 60% of the items were corrected and 3 new problems were created. This was my 6th time returning the vehicle so I was ready for more fowl-ups. I just was not ready for body fender damage and hidden damage to my transmission. They forgot to refill the transmission after service. After driving about 900 miles I returned it and found out that it was 4.5 quarts low(not pints). They said it did no damage the transmission and did not do a thing to determine the extent of the damages. They also will do nothing about the body damage. In the end the owner threatened me. We will see what happens next?
