Allen Municipal Court

I was at the cashier window yesterday with my son and the young lady with black hair and glasses was extremely rude. We went in on his lunch hour to pay his warrant and get a payment plan!! She did not explain the form to us did not take time to listen or write down what we needed to write down!! When it was denied which it shouldn't have if she would of been more helpful-but instead of trying to talk to us about it-and we were extremely polite as she got ruder and ruder. She must have been in a hurry because instead of telling us why it was denied she abruptly told us to talk to the other cashier and she was going to lunch and drew her shade down right in the middle of our conversation!! I have been up there alot in the last 10 years and usually everyone is extremely nice !! My son would not had been denied if she would had listen to us but, she wanted to go to lunch!!! I had to run around and get the money which I did!! This shpould have not happened!! She is so rude and offensive!!! She needs to take a compassionate pill!!!!
