Natural Alternatives Salon-Spa

I guess it depends on who your stylist is. The one I have been going to since the beginning always listens to what I want, checks to make sure it's to my approval and then procedes. I have my highlights added and my cut is simple. She makes my highlights appear so natural that no one can detect I have them.Granted - the price is high, but since I have found someone that does such a good job I am willing to pay the cost. The one drawback to the salon is that the "free" service of hand massage or scalp massage is not offerred and I am usually overlooked when she is cruising around. It seems to me that those that are "known" as good payers get most of the attention.

Do not go to this salon if you are on a time schedule. On two occasions I had appointments, but they were very late in getting to my appointment. I had to leave and find another alternative for cutting my hair. My schedule is tight and if they cannot accommodate my schedule with their schedule, then I will go somewhere else with my business.

Never again!!! the employees were good but this salon seems to be professional and they try to make it look that way but the result is not. The hair stylists are not too good working with hair, the way they cut my daughters hair was something I can do at home. I style my hair very straight and the guy that did my hair blowdryed it so wavy that I had to pull my hair back stepping out of the salon cause I look horrible, but I told him if he could straight it with the iron and he said he couldn't cause that has an extra cost and he didn't have time cause he had another customer waiting after me.
