        WoW! What an awesome place for such a bad experience. I get a facial twice a year and chose this spa for my "summer" facial. What a disappointment!! The lady giving me the facial didn't even touch my neck area with any of the products - she sparingly used on my face. Then after my peel she told me she had run out of sun screen that that I would have to find some on my own to put on before I went outside!! Really?!?
