        The staff is always friendly, the prices are fair, and it's nice to know they won't try to sell me stuff I don't need because I'm a woman. They told me the things that could wait and didn't try to push anything. They've got my business!!

        This shop was franchised in early 2011 and ever since then, the customer service has skyrocketed. The new owner Erik and his staff are fun, enjoyable and love what they do, and it shows!!!

        The mechanics are all very honest, enjoy working there and are extremely knowledgable. I brought my car to have the brakes done (they were squeeking) and it turned out to be a simple adjustment, my brakes and my pads were like new, any other shop would have sold me brakes that I did not need!!! I absolutely love these guys!!!

        THIS COMPANY NEED MORE RESPECTFULL EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS

        THIS COMPANY IS NOT A FAIR COMPANY FOR PEOPLE TO WORK AT. JUST BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS GOING A DIFFERENT DIRECTION IS NOT A GROUND TO LAY OFF A PERSON THEY DON'T HAVE FAIR TREATMENT. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR THE ONE IN NORTH LAKELAND OR EVEN THE SOUTH LAKELAND AND NEITHER THE ONE IN WINTER HAVEN THE WORK IS NOT PREFORMED TO THEIR ULTMOST ACCURACY. AND THEY DONT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEES FAIR AT ALL.
