He also had a wealth of knowledge in the types of properties I was looking at (multi-family investment properties). He handled all the paperwork and made things easy on us with e-signatures. He was there every step of the way in the closing process and always had helpful suggestions. I continue to work with Rich looking for additional investment properties and very much enjoy learning from his expertise.
