        Overall

        In General, the 2 labs I've tried are both engaged in questionable practices - not telling clients that turning over credit card info is optional etc. This lab asked me for a $7 copay and because I had a new insurance co, I didn't question it - found out today they actually have a credit card authorization to pay what the insurance company doesn't, not a $7 copay . No wonder they couldn't take cash --- very sneaky!
