Manny's Appliance & Bedding

I have shopped at Manny's for close to 50 years, buying 95% of my appliances, TVs etc from them. Well, went to the Springfield store the other day looking for an AC for my son . the 2 people who i went to for questions were both flippant and Rude. I was shocked. I understand they didn't have what i was looking for but i felt i was looked down on and i was bothering them from chatting. too bad, was a nice store.

Ian did a great job fixing our KitchenAid dishwasher! He was professional, knew his stuff, showed up on time and was very neat! Not only do I recommend Manny’s, i recommend Ian too!

Today I had an air conditioner delivered by Alex and Tony. I am so impressed with there efficiency and kindness. They seem to know about life in general and cleaned up everything so well. Great day! Thank you so much, Alex and Tony, and bless you.

My Frigidaire freezer stopped working after six years and I called the Wilbraham Manny's service center. I spoke to "Ed", who advised me about animal hairs in the compressor. He explained how to get at the compressor, and what to do. He also told me to call him the next morning to update him. I am so impressed with Ed. He explained everything in Layman's terms and my freezer is now working. He was wonderful and very pleasant to work with. Thank you ED!!!~

Autin was so helpful when it came to picking out my kitchen. He even was able to find me a promotion that included a free dishwasher, thanks mannys
