I know nothing of RC cars. Went into store on a whim and bought an RC drift car. Mark C showed me a few cars, spoke his knowledge of the RC world to me, helped me choose which batteries and charger to buy, surprisingly didn't try to get me to buy all the most expensive stuff. He was very honest about what he was selling me, and super friendly. Great place to go. Also, I am reading other reviews about the youth that works the registers, I am not necessarily an old fart, but these youngsters are nice and polite to me, always have a smile and greet me as soon as I walk in. So, maybe these other reviewers have a bad outlook on life. Or maybe a greeting to initiate a greeting for themselves is in order. Afterall, we are all humans and have bad days. In conclusion, this is a great place, great workers. Go check it out if you haven't already.

BUYER BEWARE!!! They Do Not stand behind the products they sell You are buying with NO Retun or Exchange. Policy. We purchased a defective Heli out our the box returned within 3 days with receipt and we were Dismissed by the Excepitionally Rude Manager Bob who refused to give his last name. I will never purchase anything from these people ever again.

I received personal help to find an 11 cent screw. The guy knew what size it was upon sight and I didn't have to buy a whole package like a big box store.



There were young kids at the register, but this place deserves your business.

Went to Nankin to look at paint samples because I was hoping to get a Ben Moore color. When we walked in there were to kids sitting at the registers right at the door and neither could be bothered to look up from the computers. Not that they were helping customers because I honestly think I was the only person in the store. After sitting there struggling to find what I was looking for and being overlooked by three other employees I just walked out. Other places carry Ben Moore and these people were not interested in helping customers (isn't that their job?).
